Hub and Spoke Model
Mumbai Climate Week isn’t one event in one building — it’s a year-round system with two connected layers.
The Hub is the physical, curated centre — the main venue (Jio World Convention Centre) where the flagship programming happens during the 4 official days (23–26 Feb 2027).
This is where the “big” formats live: keynotes, plenaries, ministerial addresses, the Innovation Challenge finale, panel discussions, fireside chats —all organised around the five thematic pillars (Food Systems, Energy Transition, Urban Resilience, Biodiversity, Circularity).
The Spokes are decentralised, partner-led events happening across the city & country (and across the year, not just during the 4 days) — in neighbourhoods, campuses, cultural institutions, corporate offices, etc.
These are lighter-touch, locally hosted formats (pop-up exhibitions, street plays, tree plantations, campus roadshows) that push the same themes out into everyday spaces rather than requiring people to come to one venue.
