The Hub and Spoke model anchors Mumbai Climate Week through a central hub while enabling decentralised, citywide participation led by diverse communities. Affiliate Spoke Events are independently organised, climate-focused events that take place across Mumbai in the weeks leading up to and during Mumbai Climate Week.

Affiliate Spoke Events extend Mumbai Climate Week beyond a single venue – activating neighbourhoods, campuses, workplaces and public spaces across the city, amplifying local voices and turning climate ambition into collective action.
